Reached 10k a day late… and stopped. I have five days off and can definitely catch up. The beginning is slow writing because I’m still figuring out what’s going on, but I keep hitting mini strides where I realize something I can write about and go with it, then realize something else and start with that (even if I haven’t finished the first thing). Jumping back and forth is really working for me, so that’s cool. (I’ve probably mentioned that five times already, but it’s just so new for me).

Emily is about to tell Lily that Ethan is dead. I figured that would be a good stopping point to pick up when I get back to the story.
