The end of the year is the perfect time to start planning to make the next year great. I keep hearing about how 2015 sucked, 2015 was difficult, 2015 was full of upheaval. You have to go through bad stuff, sometimes a LOT of it, to get to the good stuff. There are a bunch of quotes that say it a lot more eloquently (go through the rain to see the rainbow, kiss a lot of frogs before you find prince charming, no mud no lotus…) but that’s what it boils down to. And from where I stand, 2015 has been a whole lot of rain, frogs, and mud.
That’s where Leonie Dawson’s 2016 Shining Year Workbook comes in (affiliate link). It’s time to go get that rainbow, but if you don’t set down some plans and goals, you’re liable to get halfway through the year and realize you haven’t taken any steps forward. The shining year workbooks and calendars are a great tool to help you to assess where you are in your life, and where you want to be, and what you can do in the next year to move toward turning your dreams into reality.
The Workbook was originally available just as a PDF, and you can still get it that way. But now there are also print materials, like a hard copy of the workbook and a wall calendar. I actually haven’t gotten the workbook since 2012, and I’m excited to delve into it and see how much has changed. You can get the Life version or the Business version, or both if you choose. Personally I just need the Life workbook, but I know the Business one is very useful to entrepreneurs.
