My name is Michelle and I’m a Children’s Librarian. This blog has a loose purpose of being for my creative endeavors, but is also random posts about my life and whatever else I feel like writing about.

Header image is from a finger painting I did. The texture was created by shaking salt onto the wet paint – I was hoping to get a sparkly glitter effect which was a fail, but I actually like the way it came out instead. So that’s a win. The font is Nymph’s Handwriting, created by Nymphont (nymphont@yahoo.com), who makes some of the best fonts around.

Blog background image is the base layers of my mermaid painting.
